Baked Fudge
Into medium oven-safe bowl, add 1/4 cup milk, then a 1/4 pound stick butter or margarine intact(don't cut it up). Next 1/3 cup Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder and finally 1 pound powdered sugar dumped on top of that. Do not sitr it! The melting of the butter will be your timing device. Place into a 350 degree oven about 20-25 minutes or until stick of butter has completely melted. Beat it then with electric mixer until smooth (about 3 or 4 minutes). Pour at once into greased 8 inch square pan or glass dish. Refrigerate a few hours or until firm enough to cut into squares. (Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts may be added with powdered sugar.)
