    The ultimate steak sandwich bread. This is dense bread.

    List of Ingredients




    Béarnaise Bread


    2-1/4 tsp yeast
    2-1/4 cups plus 1 Tbsp bread flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3 Tbsp wheat germ
    1-1/2 Tbsp sugar
    1-1/2 tsp salt
    1-1/2 Tbsp dried tarragon
    2-1/4 tsp sharp Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    3 Tbsp oil
    1 egg
    1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
    1 cup water

    Add all ingredients in the order suggested by machine manufacturer and process on basic bread.
