    HAM-AND-CHEESE BREAD
    1 1/2 POUND LOAF (1 pound)

    2 ts Active dry yeast (1 1/2 ts)
    3 1/2 ts Sugar (2 1/2 ts)
    1/4 c Chopped ham pieces (3 tb)
    1/2 c Grated Swiss cheese (1/4 c)
    2 1/2 tb Dehydrated minced onion 5 ts
    3/4 c Grated cheddar cheese (1/2 c
    1 1/2 ts Paprika (1 ts)
    2 1/2 tb Grated parmesan cheese 5 ts
    1 t Dry mustard (1/2 ts)
    1/2 ts Salt (1/4 ts)
    2 1/2 c Bread flour (1 3/4 c)
    2 1/2 tb Butter (5 ts)
    7 oz Warm milk (4 1/2 oz)

    NOTES: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp yeast for the 1 1/2 pound
    loaf. This bread has a high liquid content, so the top may fall during
    baking. Use a light crust setting. The crust will be somewhat darker than
    usual, due to the fresh cheese in the recipe.
