    Christmas Pudding Fritters

    Ingredients :

    250 gm Self raising flour
    125 ml Beer
    125 ml Milk
    125 ml Cold water
    Left over Christmas pudding
    Plain flour
    Deep fryer with oil

    Method :
    Combine the first four ingredients to make a batter. Set aside for 20 minutes.
    Heat the deep fryer to 180C.
    Cut the pudding into cubes or fingers, roll through the flour and then dip in the batter. deep fry until golden.
    Drain on kitchen towel and serve.
