    CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

    Ingredients:
    2 cups buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 cup chocolate milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Cooking Directions:
    In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, chocolate milk, egg and brown sugar; mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into 12 paper-lined medium muffin cups. Bake at 400° F for 18 to 20 minutes.
