    Pistachio Refrigerator Cake

    List of Ingredients

    Cake:
    -2 sticks margarine
    -2 cups flour
    -1/2cup nuts
    -2 tablespoons milk

    Middle layer:
    -1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
    -1 cup powdered sugar
    -1 9oz. cool whip

    Top Layer:
    -3 pkgs. Instant pistachio pudding (small)
    -1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
    -3 cups milk

    Topping:
    Cool whip and chopped or ground nuts over the top.



    Recipe
    Cake:
    -Mix above and spread in 13 x 9 pan bake @ 375 for 15 mins.
    -Cool.

    Middle layer:
    -Mix thorough;y
    -Spread across cooled crust.

    Top layer:
    -Make pudding with milk and then add pineapple.
    -Spread over top of middle layer

    Topping:
    -Mix together Cool whip and chopped or ground nuts
    -Spread over the top.
