57th St. Deli Cream Cheese Pound Cake
3/4pound butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Mix in flour a little at a time, blending well after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. May be frozen.
