GINGERBREAD MEN COOKIES.

1 C. dark brown sugar
1/4 C. molasses
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger

Mix all the above ingredients until well combined. Roll out to desire thickness and use a cookie cutter to make the shapes. Bake at 350F. degrees for 12 minutes. Decorate as desired if you wish.
