MOLASSES SUGAR COOKIES.

3/4 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of molasses
1 egg
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of soda
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Melt butter and cool. Add sugar, molasses and egg. Beat
well. Sift together flour, soda and spices. Add to first
mixture. Mix well. Chill. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 330 degrees.
