    Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies


    List of Ingredients
    -1 C margarine or butter
    -1 C cooking oil
    -1 C white granulated sugar
    -1 C powdered sugar
    -2 tsp. vanilla
    -2 eggs
    -4 C plus 4 T flour
    -1 tsp baking soda
    -1 tsp cream of tartar
    -1/2 tsp salt



    Recipe


    -Mix well the margarine, oil, sugars, vanilla, and eggs.
    -Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to rest of ingredients.
    -Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled.
    -Make into small balls and flatten with a glass or cookie press dipped in sugar.
    -Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
