    Instant Mashed Potatoes


    List of Ingredients
    -6 2/3 cups water
    -1/2 cup butter
    -2 tsp. salt
    -1 tsp. black pepper
    -1 8 oz. cream cheese
    -1 8 oz. sour cream
    -1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
    -5-1/3 cups Betty Crocker Potato Buds



    Recipe
    -Heat water, butter, salt, pepper, cream cheese, sour cream and Ranch dressing to boiling in large pot.

    -When it begins to boil, remove from heat and stir in dry potato buds and wisk until moistened.
    -Let stand for about 30 seconds, then whip with a hand mixer.
    -You may need to adjust the consistency by adding more hot water or more potato buds.

    IMPORTANT: It is important that you use Better Crocker Potato Buds.... other brands will not work as well.

    **These can be made in advance and refrigerated. To serve, simply heat and stir. YUMMY!!! Makes enough for a crowd.
