    Onion Potato Packets


    List of Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    Zesty Italian Salad Dressing






    Instructions


    Cut a piece of foil for each potato 9 about (12" square)

    Cut each potato into 5 slices

    Reassemble the potato by putting a slice of onion between each potato slice.

    Place on a piece of foil and salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour 2-3 Tbls. of Dressing on the potato and wrap tightly in foil. Seal all edges.

    Grill for 50-60 minutes or bake @ 350 for 60 minutes.

    Assemble 1 packet for each potato.
