    Snappy Green Beans
    Serves: 6

    2 lbs. fresh green beans
    2 tsp. stick margarine
    2 T. minced fresh parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt *(to lower sodium, reduce or eliminate salt.)
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Place beans in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until crisp tender. In a large nonstick skillet, melt margarine. Add beans, cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat. Add parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Serve immediately
