    List of Ingredients

    Don't Tell William Tell
The quickest apple tart ever made.
1-2 fresh apples, peeled and cored and quartered
2-3 teaspoons sugar, or to taste (maple sugar is wonderful)
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    pinch of sea salt
    1-2 tablespoons unsalted Plugra butter
    2-4 large flour tortillas

Put the apples, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a covered dish, such as "ugly pot". Cover. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes. Stir to make finely chunked applesauce. Set aside for a few minutes to cool slightly. Using a non-stick pan or griddle, heat over medium-high heat. Add just a drizzle of olive oil. Spread the flour tortillas with the butter, and then on one half of each tortilla, pile on the apple mixture. Fold over. Place on hot griddle or pan, and cook gently for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy and browned. Serve warm
