    Cake:
    -2 cups granulated sugar
    -5 egg whites
    -1 pkg saltine crackers
    -1 1/2 tsp vinegar
    -1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    -1 to 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans (depends on how much you like nuts, personally I like nuts)

    Topping:
    -1 large cool whip
    -1 8oz cream cheese
    -1 cup powdered sugar
    -1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling


    Recipe


    -Fold beaten egg whites (beat until stiff) into sugar.
    -Crush crackers and add vinegar and baking powder.
    -Fold this into egg whites and sugar then fold nuts into mixture flour cake pan.
    -Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    -Let cake cool.

    -Mix cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
    -After the cake is cool, spread over it.
    -Then spread pie filling on top.
    -Keep in refrigerator.
    -Yummy.

    YIELD: 10 Servings
