    * 1 Gallon Size Ziploc Bag

    Recipe

    Ice Cream in a Bag

    Instructions:
Combine the sugar, milk, and vanilla in the pint size Ziploc bag and seal tightly. (Put this in a second bag just in case they leak! I had several "contaminated" with rock salt water. ). Combine the ice and rock salt in the large ziploc bag. Place the small bag inside of the larger bag and seal. Shake the bag until the mixture turns to ice cream! This will take about 5 minutes. (They suggest wearing gloves. We wrapped our bag in a towel and jumped around, passing the bag around whenever someone got tired. I would probably put the bag in a tote bag or something instead of just the towel as it kept falling out of the towel. We turned on fun music too, and that helped. Looks kind of like soft serve ice cream when you're done. Add sprinkles, candy, nuts, or fruit and enjoy
