Chicken in a white wine sauce
6 medium chicken breasts
½ cup white wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 cup sour cream
Place chicken in a dish. Blend wine with soup and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove chicken to a platter. Blend sour cream into mushroom mixture. Serve chicken over rice or noodles and serve the white wine sauce over the chicken.
