Fried Chicken in a Brown Paper Bag
1 heavy duty brown paper bag
Your favorite seasoned flour for meat
12-14 pieces of chicken, thawed
Oil spray, like Pam (or grease, such as Crisco)
Cake pan
Recipe
Spray inside the bag with Pam..spray until the outside of the bad is beginning to look wet...or crease inside the bag with Crisco.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Flour the chicken and place it in the bag close together.
Place bag in the cake pan and bake 30-45 on one side.
Flip the bag and finish cooking for 25-30 minutes
or until done.
