    Cabbage Patch Stew


    CABBAGE PATCH STEW
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 head chunked cabbage
    1 onion sliced
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can Ranch Style beans - This is a brand name (actually chili type beans)
    1 can whole tomatoes
    2 cups water

    Saute beef, cabbage and onions till cabbage is partly tender. Add corn, beans, tomatoes and 2 cups water. Simmer 1/2 hour. I sometimes add 2 potatoes (cut in chunks) to this as well. Dh loves his potatoes!
