    Sante Fe Stew



    2 tablespoons cooking oil
    2 cans (4oz each) chopped green
    1 lean beef roast (2 pounds) chilies
    cut into 1/2 inch cubes 2 to 3 can (10 1/2 oz) condenced beef
    1 medium onions, sliced broth
    1 can (10 oz) rotel tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar
    liquid saved 1 to 2 teaspoons ground cumin
    3 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed 1 green pepper, chopped
    and drained 1 cup water

    In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high. Brown beef on all sides. Add
    all remaining ingredients except cheese: bring to a boil. Reduce heat:
    simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Yield: 6-8 servings
