    1 Onion Chopped
    1/4 cup Prepared Good Seasons Mild Italian dressing
    2 cans (14.5 oz. ea) chicken broth
    1/2 cup apple juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    Assorted vegetables

    Cook and stir 1 finely chopped med. onion in a fondue pot or heavy sauce pan witth 1/4 cup prepared Good Seasons mild Italian dressing
    Add 2 cans (14.5 oz. ea) chicken broth, 1/2 cup apple juice and 2 Tbsp. cornstarch. Heat to simmer just before serving.
    Cut 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves into very thin strips. Cut vegetables in to bite size pieces.
    Dip chicken and vegetables into boiling pot of hot broth to cook. Cook chicken for about 3 min. or until cooked through and vegetables about 2 -3 min.
    Serve with a honey mustard sauce or a dipping sauce of your liking.
