Fantastic Egg Salad

List of Ingredients

Egg Salad Sandwiches

Boil until thick
1 Tb. butter
1 Tb. flour
2 Tb. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tb. vinegar
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. 1/2 & 1/2 or cream

Then add:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tb. chopped onion

At this point when the mixture is still warm put in cream cheese and onion. Cool Then put in chopped eggs

8 - 10 grated hard boiled eggs

Mix all together and chill
