Manicotti (Celantano) frozen premade and stuffed with ricotta, defrosted in the refrig, keep cold
Flour with salt and pepper
Eggs beaten with a splash of Half and half
Panko crumbs Seasoned
Oil for frying
Recipe
Always make enough ingredients for the amount of manicotti you are making
Make sure the ends are pinched closed
Dip in the flour, then egg, then panko making sure all sides are covered
If it needs more egg wash dab with a brush dipped in the eggs to cover every part of the manicotti
Fry for about a minute on both sides till golden brown
Serve with sauce on the side and maybe a small meatball as an pasta appetizer
