Buttery Whiskey Glazed Pearl Onions

List of Ingredients
2 packages (14.4 ounces each) pearl onion I used the frozen ones
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup butter cubed
1/4 cup Honey Bourbon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/3 cup waterRecipe
Place all ingredients in a large non stick skillet, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cook, covered until onions are tender 6 - 8 minutes.
Increase heat to medium high, cook uncovered until liquid is almost evaporated and onions are glazed 10 - 12 minutes. stirring occasionally. Remove from heat
