List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butter softened
1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
1 egg
1 can (16 oz) creamed corn undrained
1 can (16 oz) whole kernel corn - drained
1 8 1/2 oz pkgs corn muffin mix
2 tablespoons sugar
additional can of whole kernel or frozen corn can be added
Recipe
In a large bowl; mix together butter, sour cream, and egg. Stir in cans of corn and corn muffin mix, sugar and additional corn if you like. Spoon mixture into a 2 qt. or 8 x 8 aluminum pan buttered casserole dish. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven about 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from oven when browned around the edges.
