    List of Ingredients


    • 4 - 6 Large Artichokes
    • 1 can Chicken Broth
    • Bread Crumb Stuffing*****
    • 4 - 6 Butter Pats
    • water
    • Dips: melted butter, or a mixture of equal parts of mayo and mustard
    • *****Bread Crumb Stuffing: Seasoned bread crumbs, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper to taste and enough olive oil to bind the mixture together


    Instructions


    1. Cut off stems of artichokes, save, wash and bang artichokes on counter to open up the middle, trim off sharp pointed leaves
    2. Stuff with the bread crumb stuffing, stuff in middle and within some of the leaves
    3. Put in stock pot in a circle, with the stems in the middle.
    4. Add 1 can of chicken broth, and 2 1/2 cans of water to bottom of the pot
    5. Put a butter pat on each artichoke
    6. Bring pot to boil and then cover and steam on low until a leave comes out easy. The liquid in pot should never boil out. Transfer to a tray, Enjoy with melted butter or a mixture of mayo and mustard
