Stuffed Artichokes

List of Ingredients
- 4 - 6 Large Artichokes
- 1 can Chicken Broth
- Bread Crumb Stuffing*****
- 4 - 6 Butter Pats
- water
- Dips: melted butter, or a mixture of equal parts of mayo and mustard
- *****Bread Crumb Stuffing: Seasoned bread crumbs, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper to taste and enough olive oil to bind the mixture together
Instructions
- Cut off stems of artichokes, save, wash and bang artichokes on counter to open up the middle, trim off sharp pointed leaves
- Stuff with the bread crumb stuffing, stuff in middle and within some of the leaves
- Put in stock pot in a circle, with the stems in the middle.
- Add 1 can of chicken broth, and 2 1/2 cans of water to bottom of the pot
- Put a butter pat on each artichoke
- Bring pot to boil and then cover and steam on low until a leave comes out easy. The liquid in pot should never boil out. Transfer to a tray, Enjoy with melted butter or a mixture of mayo and mustard
