mini spinach calzone:
5oz frozen spinach
4oz reduced fat cream cheese
3tbs parmesan
2tbs green onion
1/4 tsp black pepper
14oz refrigerated pizza dough
1 egg white
1tbs water
oven 400
unroll pizza dough on lightly flour surface
roll into 15in squares (pizza cutter-25 3in squares)
spoon tsp of filling in center of squares
combine egg white and water
brush edges of squares with egg white mixture
lift corner of each square and stretch over filling to opposite corner
making triangle. press edges with fork
brush tops with egg mixture
sprinkle with remaining parmesan
bake 8-10 min
