Chocolate Marshmallow Bars

List of Ingredients

3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp cocoa
4 cups miniature marshmallows

Topping:
1 1/3 cup choc chips
3 Tbsp margarine
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups rice cereal



Recipe

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat. Add flour and other dry ingredients. Spread in greased 15 x 10 pan and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over cake. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes. Using knife dipped in water, spread melted marshmallows over cake. Combine choc chips, margarine, and peanut butter in saucepan. Cook until melted and stir in cereal. Spread over bars and Chill.
