Better than Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice
4 chopped boiled eggs
1 1/2 cups mayo
3 Tbsp mustard
3/4 tsp salt
celery - optional
onion - optional
Recipe
Combine rice and eggs. Mix in celery and onion if using. Mix mayo, mustard, and salt. Pour over rice mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
