Stuffed Turkey Roll

List of Ingredients
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c oats
1/8 t pepper
1/2 t salt
1/4 t rubbed sage
1/8 t thyme
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped celery
2 T chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 t sugar
1/8 t thyme
1/4 t rubbed sage
1/4 c chopped apples
2 c seasoned stuffing cubes
3 T butter
1/8 t thymeRecipe
1. In a bowl, combine the egg, oats, salt, pepper, 1/4 t sage and 1/8 t thyme.
2. Add the tukey and mix well.
3. Pat into a 12 x9 in rectangle on a piece of foil, set aside.
4. Saute the onion, celery and cranberries in the butter.
5. Just before they are tender/done, add the apples and sugar.
6. Add the 1/8 t thyme and 1/4 t sage.
7. Add the stuffing cubes and mix well.
8. Spoon mixture to within 1 inch of edges of the turkey.
9. Roll up, jelly roll style, starting with the short side and peeling away the foil while rolling
10. Place loaf, seam side down in a greased loaf pan.
11. Bake covered for 60 min, then unvovered for 30 min at 325 degrees or until done.
