    Creamy Alfredo Sause

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 sticks butter (not margarine)
    • 1 c heavy whipping cream
    • 1 c grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 to 2 t garlic powder (optional)


    Instructions


    1. In a medium sauce pan over low heat, melt butter.

    2. Then add cream, heat until hot, but not boiling.

    3. Stir in a little cheese at a time, stirring constantly,

    4. making sure cheese is melted before adding more cheese.

    5. Add in garlic powder.

    6. Serve over chicken, fettuccine or both.

    7. Refrigerate leftovers for no more than 3 - 4 days.



    Final Comments


    This is the best Alfredo Sauce I have ever tried.
