Margarita Punch

24 ounces lemonade concentrate
24 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
2 cups confectioners' sugar
8 egg whites (or 1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons powdered egg white plus 1 cup water)
1 cup water
12 cups crushed ice
2 liters carbonated water
2 limes, sliced

Recipe
In a one gallon container, combine lemonade and limeade concentrates, powdered sugar, egg whites and water. Mix well.
Place container in freezer for 30-45 minutes.
After freezing, process frozen mixture in a blender in batches, two cups of mixture to one cup of carbonated water and one cup crushed ice. Blend mixture until frothy, and pour into punch bowl. Repeat until all of the frozen mixture has been processed.
For service, rub rims of glasses with lime slices to coat with juice. Press each glass into margarita salt to coat. Place lime slice in bottom of coated glass.
