    1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 large tomato, thinly sliced
    1/2 of a medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon chopped garlic
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

    Preheat the oven to 375°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
    Unroll the crescent roll dough and press the seams together to form a complete crust. Place the sliced tomato and onion over the crust.
    In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except the Parmesan cheese; mix well. Brush over the sliced tomato, onion, and crust.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or until golden. Cut into squares, and serve.
