    1 cup unsifted flour
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup cold margarine or butter
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    3 cups Miniature Marshmallows
    14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
    1 cup peanut butter flavored chips or 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    3 oz can chow mein noddles
    1 cup coarsely chopped cashews or peanuts

    Recipe



    1 Preheat oven to 350º.
    2 In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda; cut in margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla until crumbly.
    3 Press firmly on bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
    4 Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    5 Top evenly with marshmallows; bake 2 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to puff.
    6 Remove from oven; cool.
    7 Meanwhile, in heavy saucepan, over medium heat, combine Eagle® Brand and peanut butter chips; cook and stir until slightly thickened, 6 to 8 minutes.
    8 Remove from heat; stir in noodles, nuts and remaining 2 teaspoons vanilla.
    9 Spread evenly over marshmallows.
    10 Cool.
    11 Chill.
    12 Cut into bars.
    13 Store loosely covered at room temperature.
    14 Prep Time: 20 minutes
