    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. pkg. miniature peanut butter cups
    10 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter in sauce pan on medium heat. Take off heat and stir in sugar, eggs & vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to chocolate mixture and mix well. Grease 8x8 pan and spoon 1 c. of batter into pan. Cut peanut butter cups in quarters and sprinkle all but 32 pieces on top of batter. Cover with remaining batter and bake 350° for 40 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a rack. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar, adding milk until spreadable. Frost brownies and sprinkle 32 pieces of peanut butter cups on top. (Double recipe for 13 x 9 pan.)
