    2 c. water
    3 c. oatmeal
    Chopped fruit (bananas, apples, raisins are good)
    1 Tbsp. sugar or artificial sweetener
    Cinnamon to taste

    Recipe



    Boil water and add oatmeal. Add chopped fruit and sugar. Top with cinnamon. Makes 4 servings.
