    1/2 cup HONEY MAID® Graham Cracker Crumbs
    4 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Neufchâtel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract or 1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 egg whites
    2 eggs

    GREASE bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Sprinkle with crumbs.

    BEAT Neufchatel cheese, sugar and extract with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add 3 egg whites; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour into prepared pan.

    BAKE at 325°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

    GARNISH with raspberries, strawberries or blueberries and mint leaves.
