    Lemon-Cream Cheese Cake

    One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1 small box instant lemon pudding
    1-3/4 cup milk
    20 squares of graham crackers
    3 Tablespoons sugar
    1/3 cup margarine, melted

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Finely crush graham crackers. Mix with sugar and margarine. Press all but 2 Tablespoons into 9-inch pie pan. Bake about 10 minutes. Whip cream cheese until soft, slowly adding milk. Add instant pudding. Pour into cooled graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tablespoons of graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
