One Pan Cherry Cheesecake

List of Ingredients




2 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbl. flour
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling


Recipe



All ingredients should be room temp. In an 8 or 9 inch pan, mash cream cheese with a fork until very soft. Add sugar, flour, and salt and blend well. Add remaining ingredients except pie filling. Mix briskly with fork until thoroughly blended. Scrape sides of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Cool in pan on rack. Spread with pie filling.
