Recipe Introduction
I've read that this recipe works very well in the crockpot, using a 3 lb. pork loin and triple the sauce ingredients.
List of Ingredients
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. hoisin sauce
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. catsup
2 T. soy sauce, divided
6 t. honey, divided
1 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloin
Vegetable cooking spray
2 t. rice vinegar
1 t. sesame oil
1 t. chili garlic sauce
½ c. chopped green onions
¼ c. fresh cilantro
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together first 4 ingredients, 1 T. soy sauce, and 2 t. honey. Spoon garlic mixture evenly over pork, rubbing well into pork.
Place pork on a rack coated with cooking spray in an aluminum foil lined roasting pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 155 degrees. Remove from oven; cover pork loosely with foil and let stand 10 minutes.
Whisk together vinegar, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, remaining 1 T. soy sauce and reminding 4 t. honey.
Slice pork diagonally into slices. Place slices on a serving platter. Drizzle with vinegar sauce and sprinkle with green onions and chopped cilantro.
Serves 4.
