1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
15 oz kidney beans, undrained
14 1/2 oz can ro-tel
14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
2 Tbsp dry taco seasoning mix
fried tortilla strips
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except tortilla strips in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on High 3 hours.
Fry day old tortilla strips in a little bit of oil until crisp. Drain. Serve with soup.
Makes 8 servings.
