1 9 inch pie shell with top (99 cents, store brand)
1 lb ground beef (3-4 $ a lb)
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (jarred or fresh) (1-2 $)
cubed cold baked potatoes
1 jar of beef gravy (or homemade) 1.00 at dollar store

place pie shell in pie pan...
brown beef and drain, rinse... combine with beef gravy and mushrooms and potatoes. pour into pan and spread evenly. add top crust and bake till heated thru and nicely browned. about 20-25... around 300 degrees.
