    Very easy recipe that's tried and true.

    List of Ingredients




    1 to 2 lbs ground beef
    flour
    beef boullion
    water
    kitchen bouquet

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef; DO NOT DRAIN. Add just enough flour to bind beef (beef will probably bind into a ball.. the recipe at this point does not look very attractive, but keep going!) Cook beef/flour mixture for at least 1 minute in order to get rid of any floury taste. If you have the time/patience, you can cook the mixture until the flour begins to brown. This will add more color to the gravy.

    Once you have the beef/flour mixture cooked, add how ever many cups of water you need in order to make enough gravy for everyone. Add water slowly and stir to combine after every cup. Add beef boullion as per directions on package (usually 1 cube per every cup of water used). Bring to a boil, stirring continously. Boil for 1 minute. Turn heat down, add kitchen bouquet, and simmer until ready to use stirring often.

    Serve with potatoes or noodles.

    Note: you may also add any veggies you would like, perhaps a diced onion or carrot. Brown these with the ground beef. If you prefer a quick stew type meal, add your favorite bite sized veggies after the water, and cook until tender.
