    1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
    1/4 cup sugar
    Juice and grated peel of 1 lemon
    1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
    1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
    3/4 cup boiling water
    2 cups ice cubes
    2 cups sliced strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
    1 store-bought 10-inch sponge cake

    Recipe



    BEAT cream cheese and sugar in bowl with electric mixer until smooth.

    ADD lemon juice and grated peel. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside.

    DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice cubes, stirring until mixture is slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice cubes. Add sliced strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

    POUR half the gelatin mixture on top of cake. Spoon cream cheese filling evenly over gelatin layer. Top with remaining gelatin mixture; refrigerate.




    KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS


    Great Substitute: Instead of serving in a large sponge cake, make individual cakes. Divide the cream cheese and gelatin mixtures between 12 individual sponge cakes.
