    1/4 cup MINUTE Tapioca
    1/2 cup sugar
    1-1/2 cups water
    1 cup orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

    Recipe



    MIX tapioca, sugar and water in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.

    COOK on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in orange juice and peel. Pour into medium bowl. Place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding.

    REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until cooled. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into dessert glasses.
