    1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
    2 cups fat free milk, divided
    1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
    3 Tbsp. almond-flavored liqueur
    1/2 squares grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate (about 3 Tbsp.), divided
    2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

    BEAT Neufchatel cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.

    ADD remaining 1-1/2 cups milk to pudding mix in separate medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Add to Neufchatel mixture; mix well. Stir in liqueur. Pour into medium bowl.

    SPRINKLE 2 Tbsp. of the grated chocolate over pudding mixture; top with whipped topping. Sprinkle with remaining grated chocolate. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
