    makes 1 1/2 cups

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup pecan halves
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1/2 cup honey
    1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
    Dash salt
    1/3 cup heavy cream

    Recipe



    Spread pecans in shallow pan. Bake in preheated 300°F oven 15 minutes. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Blend in honey, flour and salt. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool. Blend in cream, mixing until smooth. Stir in pecans.


    Tip Serve over ice cream or as a topping for baked apples, poached pears or peaches.
