    makes 3 1/2 cups

    List of Ingredients




    2-1/4 cups orange juice
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O® Brand Cranberry Flavor Gelatin
    1-1/2 cups finely chopped dried fruit and nuts (such as apricots, raisins, dates, and PLANTERS® Walnuts)

    Recipe



    STIR juice, cinnamon and cloves in saucepan. Bring to boil; boil 3 minutes. Stir hot liquid into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves a definite impression). Stir in fruit and nut mixture.

    REFRIGERATE about 1 hour or until cold. Spoon relish into serving bowl. Serve over ice cream, pound cake or with your holiday meal.


    Variation Prepare as directed substituting JELL-O® Brand Lemon or Orange Flavor Gelatin for the Cranberry Flavor.
