    1/4 c. butter (or margerine)
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    16 large marshmellows
    2 T. light corn syrup
    dash salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped TOASTED pecans
    1 t. vanilla

    Recipe



    Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar, marshmellows, corn syrup and salt. Cook and stir over low heat til marshmellows are melted and mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 min.

    Remove from heat; cool for 5 mins. Stir in evap. milk, pecans & vanilla, mixing well.

    Serve warm or cold over ice cream. Store in refrigerator.

    Makes 2 1/2 cups.

    This is easy to make and I put it in canning jars. Decorate jars if desired.
