    # 2 oz wt of smoked beef brisket, chopped
    # 3 tbls of BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
    # 1/3rd cup Refried Black beans (Your favorite recipe or pre-made canned type brand)
    # ¼ cup Sharp aged cheddar cheese, shredded.
    # 2 tbls of Cheddar/Jack cheese mix, shredded.
    # 1 tbls of Roma tomatoes, 3/8”diced.
    # 1 tsp fresh chopped Cilantro.
    # Tortilla Chips as needed for dipping

    Recipe



    Mix together the chopped smoked beef brisket with the BBQ sauce. Set aside.

    In a small individual (8oz volume) casserole dish, spread out 1/3rd cup of refried black beans to edges of dish in an even layer.

    Sprinkle sharp shredded cheddar cheese over refried beans.

    Place the smoked beef and BBQ sauce mixture over cheese to edges of dish.

    Microwave until heated throughout.

    Sprinkle jack-cheddar cheese mix evenly over dip and melt cheese under broiler or in oven.

    Sprinkle diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro over dip to garnish.

    Serve with Tortilla Chips.
